What are the latest developments in the Adobe acquisition of Macromedia and will this affect their applications in the future?
As of December 5, 2005, Adobe has completed its acquisition of Macromedia. Information about the acquisition is available here.
Due to the acquisition, Adobe has announced 3 new product bundles, whose details are as follows:
1) The Adobe Design Bundle - combines Adobe Creative Suite 2 Premium
with Flash Professional 8 software.
2) The Adobe Web Bundle - brings together Adobe Creative Suite 2 Premium
and Studio 8.
3) The Adobe Video Bundle - delivers Adobe video solutions coupled with
Flash Professional 8.
